Abstract

The problems of Pedagogy and Psychology of labor are studied on the basis of interdisciplinary approach within the context of human’s apital development. The integrative processes of the labor market being influenced on the improvement of systems of vocational education and industrial personnel’s training at the beginning of the XXI century are analyzed.
