Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of formation of the modern industrial personnel in Ukraine. The strategy and prospects of scientific searches concerning development of human resources are discussed. The author emphasizes on problems of vocational training on manufacture, vocational training of citizens with special problems, training of the free population and other categories. It is proved, that research of problems of the theory and practice of continuous education should create the scientific base to functioning and development of modern system of continuous education in Ukraine which provides availability, multi-variant approach, multisedateness and educations for ail consumers of educational services.
