Abstract
In the article the problem of research of psychological features of connection of spiritual values and non-constructive forms of behavior of young people is examined in the political-legal sphere in the conditions of military conflict. It is analysed of concept «spirituality» is analysed in psychology. It is shown that spirituality is a socialmoral value and comes forward as a mechanism of existence of man that functions and develops in the valued field. It is analysed, that essence of spirituality is expressed in positive freedom, in humanism, in creation of the world with good for people, in ability to cognize, in tolerance. It is shown that to the non-constructive forms of behavior of young people in the political-legal sphere it is possible to take: deviative, delinquentive and aggressive behavior. The specific of deviative behavior of personality is analysed. It is shown that deviative behavior is the system of acts, actions of man, that dissatisfy to the generally accepted norms in this society, in particular to the norms of moral, right, culture, psychical health. It is shown that deviative behavior is accompanied by the breaches of social adaptation. It is shown that delinquentive behavior is totality of illegal acts, actions of criminal character. It is shown that aggression it follows to examine as a mental condition, property of personality, object of necessity and display of behaviour. The features of aggressive behavior are analysed as one of forms of non-constructive behavior. It is shown that unspirituality comes forward to one of substantial factors of non-constructive forms of behavior of young people.
