Abstract

The problem of the managing the quality of colleges educational process are analyzed in the article. The author suggests to determine the quality of education as a set of properties and characteristics of the educational process, which manifests itself in ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual, his talents, mental and physical abilities, moral and volitional qualities in the process of acquiring the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for the formation of professional competence, social status of the individual, ensuring her material well-being, healthy, long and fruitful life. Quality management is aimed at meeting quality requirements. Quality management is the coordinated management of the organization in relation to quality. These activities include the development of policies and objectives in the field of quality, quality planning, quality management, quality assurance and improvement. For quality, as an object of management inherent in all components of the management cycle: goal-setting, planning, analysis, implementation, control. Nowadays solution of these problems has a key position in conditions of reforming and modernization of the Ukrainian education.
