Abstract

Determined that there are two development plans: biological (natural) and social (cultural) that although combined, but do not mix, and a special role in the formation of higher mental functions and personality owned cultural development. This general pattern of development in ontogenesis and in dysontogenesis. Established that obeying the general laws in general, the development of a child with impaired vision has a number of its own laws. Accordingly, atypical development characterize the properties caused by various kinds of factors, including the need, first, to distinguish primary (biological and social) and secondary – psychological factors. Theoretically proved that the ratio of biological and social factors atypical development primarily alters depending on the age of the child. In the favorable social conditions of development that has been influenced by biological factors, eventually approaching the age norm, while also burdened by social factors – regresses. Visual impairment is the variations in child development, which determine the whole course of the child’s activities in different areas of substantive cooperation as well as the social environment. Depending on the depth of visual impairment is the reduction of the child, which manifests as difficulty or activity, or restriction of activities, or as a complete inability to perform certain activities. It is proved that the main focus of activities Psychologist should be placed on preventing deviations in development cooperation which provides for compulsory direct social environment of the child.
