Abstract

Dissertation for the candidate degree in pedagogics (speciality 13.00.03 – correction pedagogics). – Institute of special pedagogics of APS of Ukraine. – Kyiv, 2010. The dissertation is devoted to researching organization-pegagogical conditions of inclusive education of children with abnormalities in psycho-physical development in village secondary school. This thesis represents the theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the problem of inclusive process of educating children with special needs in the works of foreign and home researchers. The research highlights positive sides of inclusive processes and also obstacles and difficulties that appear in the process. Particularly, this problem demands working out standard-legal, psycho-pedagogical, programme-content, socio-psychological basics and others. The dissertation systematized disadvantages of the present system of special education and presents perspectives for development of inclusive education of children with abnormalities in their psycho-physical development. This thesis represents the results of the stating experiment in which pupils of the primary classes of secondary village schools, teachers, educationalists and parents took part. During empirical research we determined the peculiarities of educating children with abnormalities in psycho-physical development in village secondary school in conditions of spontaneous integration, studied the possibilities of teachers of village secondary schools as for their giving necessary support to the pupils who need it and others. The thesis states that today’s village school has difficulties and problems as the number of children with abnormalities in their psycho-physical development has considerably increased and they have no possibility to get correction-rehabilitation help and psychological-pedagogical support. The mentioned above directions of correction pedagogical activity that have to become basic ones in implementing inclusive education and the perspectives of implementing into educational process of the system of inclusive education with the worked out and scientifically based correction-developing block that will help to level differences in development between children with abnormalities and their healthy classmates will allow to overcome difficulty in studying, school adaptation and socialization. The thesis determines problems and perspectives of retraining specialists for village secondary school where children with abnormalities in their development study. The research certifies the neccessity of determining and implementing organizational-pedagogical conditions that would provide organizational-methodological, instructive-didactic and correction-developing directions of inclusive education in village secondary school.
