Abstract

In order to successfully solve the tasks of organizing an inclusive environment, one must understand in what conditions and at what stage of development is this educational institution or region as a whole (in the case of a strategy for the development of an inclusive environment in the region). Undoubtedly, for this purpose, it is necessary to analyze the situation regarding the solution of this issue. For this purpose, it is expedient to use a systematic methodology, in particular invariant modeling.
