Abstract

The article discuss the isuue of age management as a must in the context of ongoing changes being observed. The aging of the European society and low fertility is a problem of the labour market and companies that need to learn how to manage older people - both in the pro- ductive and post-productive age. Managing human resources is becoming very difficult as the number of generations meeting in the work environment is growing.
