Abstract

The scientific and methodological recommendations represent the results of the study of foreign experience in the formation of professional development managers in transnational corporations. Based on this analysis and taking into account the progressive ideas of training and development of personnel in TNCs of Germany and Poland, scientific and methodological recommendations on the possibilities of creative use of the experience of these countries in creating a system of professional development of managers at domestic enterprises are grounded and grounded. Addressed to scholars, doctorates, post-graduate students, teachers of higher and post-graduate education institutions, business managers and employees of human resources development departments, pedagogical staff of corporate training centers.
