Abstract

The actual issues of decentralization and optimization of management of vocational and professional advanced education, division of powers between the center, the region and the institution of professional and professional advanced education in contemporary socio-economic conditions of Ukraine are considered. The directions of optimization of management and strategy of decentralization in the field of vocational and professional advance education are proposed through the interaction of central and local executive authorities and self-government with the preservation of state support for constitutional obligations to provide appropriate education.
