Abstract
The paper draws attention to the fact that the formation of the digital competence of teachers and school principals in Finland occurs systematically at all levels of education; Self-esteem is the main form of assessment of the level of digital competence of the teacher and the head of the school; the formation of digital competence of students is based on an integrated learning approach.
