Abstract
This paper presents the transformational strategy of contemporary educational policy — inclusive education as the most significant innovation in education movement of ХХ century. It is noted that nowadays the idea of inclusion is acquiring adequate shape and becoming a fundamental category of didactics. The introduction of inclusive education is a complex and ambiguous problem that requires consideration and development of legal, psychological, pedagogical, program and content, as well as social and psychological principles.
