Abstract
In the article authors exposed actuality of the investigated theme that is stipulated by the nowadays necessary which is connected with social, civil and political aspects of young people` life. Scientific approaches are considered in relation to the study of legal activity of personality and her constituents. A model was worked out, the making legal activity`s model of student young people contents of: cognitive, emotional, behavioral. There was given structural components` maintenance of model for student young people` legal activity. It was proved that realization by the student youth of essence of legal personal activity assists effective adaptation to the changes and transformations of modern society.
