Abstract
The author highlights the results of the theoretical and methodological research of the systems of professional development of managers in transnational corporations of Germany and Poland. The author substantiates the methodological approaches and principles of professional development of the personnel, analyzes the system of training of managers, as well as normative-legal, program-methodical and organizational-pedagogical support of this process. As an example of the famous German multinational corporations, the author describes the system of corporate education, its role and importance in ensuring the professional development of managers. Taking into account the progressive experience, the author offers scientific and methodical recommendations on the possibilities of creative use of foreign experience in creating a system of professional development of managers in Ukraine. For researchers, doctoral students, graduate students, instructors from institutions of higher and postgraduate education, managers of enterprises and employees of human development departments resources, pedagogical staff of corporate training centers.
