Abstract

The article provides a substantiation of the electronic textbook as a means of training the subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education. The electronic textbook is considered as one of the best means of training the subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education, as it promotes its implementation both within the formal (higher education) and informal (advanced training) education (in group or individually), and as a part of informal education (self-education). The structure of readiness of subjects of educational activity to the prediction of development of general secondary education is revealed. The components of readiness of pedagogical workers for a certain activity are described briefly: motivational, cognitive, operational. The structure of the electronic textbook (text and non-textual (media) materials) and its content are revealed, the main thematic blocks are identified, the acquisition of which is necessary for the preparation of subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education. It is substantiated that the appropriate form of presentation of the textbook is a website (web portal). The main functions of the electronic textbook on the training of subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education are identified and substantiated: informational, communicative, organizational, coordinating, systematic, educational, developmental, motivational, self-education, consolidation, self-control, functions of differentiation and individualization of training of subjects of educational activity. These e-textbook features are interrelated. The prospects for further research the author connects with the development of the program for training subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education, the creation on its basis the textbook mentioned above, presenting it as a website (or computer program). The abovementioned issues will allow to proceed to the introduction and practical application of this project in the process of training the subjects of educational activity to predict the development of general secondary education.
