Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concepts of "differentiated learning", "the differentiation of the content of teaching", the differentiation of the content of teaching in the senior school. " The peculiarities of the course of the process of differentiation of the content of study at the secondary school are determined. The significance of the differentiation of the content of teaching in the high school for modern secondary school education is revealed. The analytical-historical aspect of formation, development and implementation of differentiated learning in pedagogical theory and practice is outlined. Characterized profiles of differentiation of the content of training. Information is provided on important areas of differentiation of the content of study in school education. The following forms of organizing the differentiation of the content of teaching in the senior school are distinguished and characterized such as: internal differentiation, external differentiation, semi-open differentiation, latent differentiation. The description of types of differentiation of the content of training by the level of organization is given.
