Abstract
1086/5000 Ustanovleno, chto v uchebno-vospitatel'nom protsesse shkol s yevreyskim i russkim yazykami obucheniya delalsya aktsent na natsional'nykh osobo styakh zhizni i byta narodov Ukrainy. V shkolakh s yevreyskoy i russkim yazykami obucheniya praktikovalos' perekhodnoye polozheniye ot fakul'tativ- nogo izucheniya rodnogo yazyka, do vvedeniya yego kak uchebnogo predmeta; pri neobkhodimosti - otkrytiye klassov, grupp, obshcheobrazovatel'nykh ili spetsializirovannykh shkol, gimnaziy i tomu podobnoye. Dokazano, chto v organizatsii uchebnogo protsessa shkol natsional'nykh men'shinstv vse soderzhaniye bylo napravleno na izucheniye rodnogo yazyka i kul'tury, sokhraneniya i okhrana svyatyn' svoyego naroda, pamyatnikov istorii i tomu podobnoye. Pokazano, chto obrazovaniye issleduyemykh shkol v 1991-2010 gg. Deklarirovalas' na ravenstve polucheniya znaniy, umeniy i navykov, obespechenii svobodnogo razvitiya natsional'nykh yazykov i kul'tur, obespechenii potrebnostey etnicheskikh men'shinstv uchebnoy literaturoy i sozdaniye vozmozhnosti izucheniya yazykov natsional'nykh men'shinstv, v chastnosti yevreyskoy v uchrezhdeniyakh vysshego obrazovaniya Ukraina kak otdel'nuyu distsiplinu. It was established that in the teaching and educational process of schools with Jewish and Russian languages of instruction, emphasis was placed on the national peculiarities of life and life of the peoples of Ukraine. In schools with Jewish and Russian languages of instruction, a transitional provision from facultative- to study the native language, before introducing it as an academic subject; if necessary - the opening of classes, groups, general educational or specialized schools, gymnasiums and the like. It is proved that in the organization of the educational process of schools of national minorities, all content was directed to the study of the native language and culture, preservation and protection of the holy places of its people, historical monuments, and the like. It is shown that the formation of the studied schools in 1991-2010. Declared on the equality of obtaining knowledge, skills and skills, ensuring the free development of national languages and cultures, ensuring the needs of ethnic minorities with educational literature and creating the possibility of studying the languages of national minorities, in particular the Jewish language in higher education institutions, Ukraine as a separate discipline.
