Abstract
The problem of pedagogical skill is one of the key in pedagogy, which as a science, and especially – as art, is impossible without a teacher. In modern pedagogy, pedagogical skill is considered from the standpoint of different approaches and is understood as: complex of properties and qualities of the teacher's personality, ensuring the effectiveness of pedagogical activity on a reflexive basis; system of professional competence of the teacher; technology of pedagogical action; the highest level of pedagogical activity, etc.
