Abstract

The publication analyzes the tools for monitoring lifelong learning. The comparative characteristics of the Composite Learning Index and the European Lifelong Learning Index, which the world community uses to monitor lifelong learning, are performed. A list of indicators and indicators adapted to Ukrainian realities, the Ukrainian Lifelong Learning Index, which can be used to determine the current state and prospects for implementing the regional educational policy, is proposed.
