Abstract
In the manual substantiates the professional competence of the economically active population; the organizational-methodical aspect of professional training of personnel of enterprises, organizations and institutions is highlighted; characteristics of vocational training of registered unemployed and creation of adult education centers in Ukraine are described. In a separate section of the manual, features of the organization and conduct of training and educational games on the development of professional competence of the economically active population are highlighted. It is recommended for educational and methodological support of activity of educational units of enterprises, organizations, centers of professional development of institutions of formal and informal education.The materials can be used in research and teaching staff, experts employment centers, training specialists in enterprises, organizations and institutions.
