Abstract

The article is designated choose of scientific approaches and principles, historical and typological method, adequate to the study of the object and the subject of the purpose of the historical and pedagogical research development of system PEE different types in Ukraine (the second half of the twentieth century - the beginning of the XXI century) in particular identified viable for the historical and pedagogical research principles: objectivity, the essential analysis, succession, development; scientific approaches (historiography, historical, systemic). The theoretical orienting point chosen scientific vision and interpretation of the research process of the object as a system, which are inherent integrity, relationships and specific laws A. Averyanov and V. Afanasyev. Accordingly, the methodological basis of our research is the philosophical doctrine of the dialectic of the origin and formation of systems based on universal laws of life: the law of dialectical opposites, the law of mutual transformation of quantitative and qualitative changes; Law-denial denial. For the purpose of the historical and pedagogical research in the framework of the dialectics of the origin and formation systems (by A. Averyanova) important was to determine reference representation in the framework of the research topic.
