Abstract
In the article the choice of a systematic approach to the study of the development process of the system of different types of PEE in Ukraine (the second half of the twentieth century - the beginning of XXI century..). In particular, in the philosophical aspect, we should carry out research of various types of PEE system based on the dialectical materialist conception of life and the laws: the law of dialectical opposites, the law of mutual transformation of quantitative and qualitative changes, the law negation of the negation. This philosophical concept allowed to apply to the systems approach, which is presented in scientific works A. Averyanov and V. Afanasyev and justify its appropriateness to study the development of pre-school educational institutions of Ukraine as a complex and integrated system. System PEE type considered in the context of system-structural aspects of system, integrity; in a systematic and functional aspects of system, system-communicative aspect; historical aspect systematic, integrative (management) information. It is also considered in the context of the four major classes of whole systems. Specified the notion of "system of pre-school educational institutions of different types" as a set of qualitative and identical elements - PEE type, which is inherent in the process of the contradictory unity of the origin and formation, the quantitative growth and qualitative changes, integrity, relationships and specific laws.
