Abstract

The article highlights the problem of justifying the need for future educators of conflictological culture as the leading component of the pedagogical image of the teacher, his competence. The position that one of the weighty components of the image of a teacher, his professional competence is a conflict culture is upheld. A theoretical analysis of scientific sources on this issue has been carried out. Attention is drawn to the fact that the pedagogical system is sufficiently conflictious, because it affects both the personality of the collective of the students and the pedagogical staff. The main links of the pedagogical system are highlighted, focusing on the possibility of conflicts: “teacher-student”, “teacher-teacher”, “teacher-primer-teacher-subordinate (satellite)”. Authors' vision of the requirements to the system of vocational training of the teacher is expressed. The essence of management activity is revealed. It is established that pedagogical conflicts arise as a result of professional and interpersonal interaction of participants. The main functions of conflicts as destructive and constructive are characterized. It’s noted that interpersonal conflicts in a pedagogical collective often arise as a result of violations of moral and ethical, cultural norms of status-role relationships. Objective and subjective reasons of conflict situations of the “teacher-administration” subsystem are ranked.
