Abstract
The article is devoted to a problem of psychological essence of possession of pedagogical mastership by the teacher who works in the conditions of inclusive education. The problem is displayed in the context of understanding of a concept of pedagogical mastership by the academician I. Zyazyun. According to a research subject, five basic components of psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills of the teacher of inclusive education are designated. Mastering by them can cause some difficulties which are caused by the personal relation of the teacher. These components are: educational and informational, professional and practical, organizational and communicative, social and communicative and psychoemotional. The emphasis has been placed on special importance of a psychoemotional component as fundamental in relation to all others. It is noted that successful mastering these components is directly connected with creative and professional approach of the teacher to the work.
