Abstract

The article deals with a quest as an innovative and modern form of development of teenagers’ national and cultural identity at school. The author defines the essence, structure, stages and key concepts used in the quest. The parameters and types of quests have been haracterized.Methodology for conducting quests and the advantages of using them in the educational activities at school have been disclosed. The quest «In Search of Cossack Treasures» has been presented.
