Abstract

The concept of professional development of specialists in the light of the ideas of the theory of pedagogical skill of academician Ivan Zyazun, the creator of the Pedagogy of Good and the founder of the theory of pedagogical skill, is considered. The aesthetic and ethical foundations of pedagogical skill as a pedagogical action beauty are substantiated.
