Abstract

The urgency of the special course is determined by the civilization-historical and educational challenges of the 21st century, the growing role of human-centered education and the need to ensure its advance value, the need for a teacher of a new formation that is at the forefront of social and educational transformations, motivated, competent, who carries out the role of mentor in the educational process, coach, facilitator and tutor, has academic freedom, possesses skills of advanced project management (planning and organization of training , the development of teaching and methodological support, evaluation, etc.), independently and creatively obtains information, organizes the child-centered process, transforming methods, techniques and teaching technology depending on the needs and needs of the clients of educational services, forming a vision for the modern world and its place in it. Theoretical and practical aspects of the special course are aimed at substantiating the philosophical and educational principles of the New Ukrainian school. The concepts of the New Ukrainian school are detailed: content, value-ideological, technological. The model of competence approach in the educational process of the New Ukrainian school is described, in particular key competencies in relation to 11 skills, value orientations and learning outcomes. The peculiarities of organization of an effective and safe educational environment on the basis of a person-oriented model of education, partnership pedagogy, positive psychology and philosophy of childhood-centeredness are determined. Trace the relationships of the derivative documents of the New Ukrainian School: a model curriculum - a basic curriculum - a typical curriculum - a working curriculum. The modern programs of pupils' training with the use of various methods, forms and technologies are outlined. Problem-search questions and tasks for independent and individual work of the listener are developed. The materials of the special course are aimed at the development of educational, integrated, scientific-methodical, managerial, innovation-research, competence in informational education and professional-personal development, andragogy, acmeological and others. competencies of specialists. Special course is designed for 14 hours, of which 2 hours. - lecture, 4 hours. - Seminar, 8 hours. - independent work of the listener. The special course is developed for educational and teaching staff of education, methodological services of all levels, organizers of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of advanced training courses for pedagogical staff at all stages of the course preparation on different models of training.
