Abstract
Increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical science is usually associated with an increase in the number and improvement of the quality of conducting research on current issues, with the search for ways and means of implementing their results into the practical activities of teachers. As to the correlation between the results of pedagogical research and the state of pedagogical theory, this question, of course, is not interested in theorists of pedagogy. Caring for pedagogy as a system of knowledge is revealed only when viewing programs and courses in higher education, discussing textbooks, courses, lectures, etc. As a result, pedagogical theory, not being in the focus of creative efforts and scientific researches of theorists, develops slowly and inexpediently.
