Abstract
The problem of becoming of pedagogical science is risen in the article. The conclusion is drawn, that methodologically competent teacher, the master of pedagogical labour is able to estimate pedagogical facts from the point of pedagogical laws and regulations; only then, when pedagogical laws and regulations enter as the constituents into personal persuasions of a teacher, determining his seeing of pedagogical reality, they will be instrumental in success in his professional activity.
