Abstract

The article is deal with an authorial idea about the features of the solidarity in professional relations in the conditions of modern public challenges: reforms, economic crises, political contradictions, military conflicts and others. The author clarifies understanding of the content of process of solidarity. Besides, factors that influence its motion are presented, solidary relations’ dialectics is found out in the professional scope, the reasons of the solidarity’s condition of labour collectives are formed.
