Abstract
Innovative transformations in education are the object of scientific interests of a wide range of scientists-educators abroad. The well-known theorists of the education of developed countries are F. Hess, R. Elmore, G. Levin, E. Liberman, D. Hopkins, L. Earl, B. Levin, D. Hart, M. Fullan, M. Barber, S. Burke, C. Ball, D. Whitti, S. Geurts, P. Mortimore, A. Glethorn and others - analyze not only the historical context or the factors that determine the change in education, the content of a particular process or the peculiarities and particularity of educational transformations, but also try to find out the logic and laws of each process, to find the regularities of conducting and implementing educational changes, to highlight the general, which makes it possible to combine mass of heterogeneous information and focus on substantially important components of change.
