Abstract

The author of the article determines the urgency of solving the problem of the formation of cultural and educational environment in higher education college for the formation of professional culture of the future specialists in finance and credit. It was carried out an explication of the concept of «cultural and educational environment of a higher educational institution based on analysis of the essence of research results and the structure of the phenomenon of «cultural and educational environment».» The possibilities of cultural and educational environment of the college, presented in scientific works – from the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities to use them in the work prior to the formation of general and professional culture, tolerance, scientific, professional creativity, etc. It illustrates the connection of cultural and educational environment of the institution with the teaching process, as well as with the basic characteristics of modern society – the rapid development of information technology and active implementation of the Internet education. We know his role in the formation of multifaceted possibilities of future specialists, their professional and personal path of develop and the practical significance of the cultural and educational environment of a higher educational institution as an ineхhaustible pedagogical potential, which contributes to the basis of the professional culture of the future specialists.
