Abstract

The monograph covers the theoretical and practical aspects of personal and professional development of adult learners in continuing education, namely: Potential of continuous education for personality and professional development of adults, feature of studies of adults in the system of informal education on the basis of exprence of the English-language countries, psychological principles of personality development of adults, psychological, pedagogical principles of professional development of personnel in theconditions of corporate studies and preparation. Considerable attention is paid to the characterization of the didactic principles of personal and professional development of the unemployed in the process of retraining, as well as the professional development of adults in postgraduate pedagogical education. The monograph is intended for teachers and students of higher educational establishments, institutions of vocational education, students of institutions of postgraduate education, scientists, postgraduates and doctoral students who study the problems of adult education.
