Abstract
Methodical recommendations address the process of formation of practical experience physical and mathematical disciplines in a situation of "communication" with works of art. The result of the formation of moral and aesthetic experience is skills of creative activity, artistic and aesthetic knowledge and value attitude to art and beauty in nature. Aesthetic factors in the development of practical experience of the teacher in higher educational institutions include the artistic direction of the educational process, creativity, emotional sensitivity, beauty of human interaction of a teacher, humanization and humanitarization of the educational process. The author convincingly proves that the aesthetic and ethical factors in the development of the skills of teachers in higher educational institutions will contribute to the quality of the organization of pedagogical influence, encourage continuous professional growth of both students and teachers, as well as create awareness of teachers as being not only professionals, who will teach a certain academic discipline, but feeling themselves as bearers and transmitters of moral and aesthetic values of society.
