Abstract

The structure of the system of evaluation of the activities of high school teachers from the standpoint of a competent approach is considered. The forms and methods of organizing and conducting the forming and rating types of evaluation, self-assessment of qualification attestation are determined. Comprehensive monitoring of the evaluation of the performance of teaching staff is a qualitative tool for the process of continuous improvement of pedagogical skills.
