Abstract
Dissertation for Candidate Degree in Psychological Sciences in speciality 19.00.05 – Social Psychology; Psychology of Social Work. – Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2014. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of reflexive competence of top managers. The work contains theoretical backgrounds, methodological principles and findings of the empirical research of the issue. The main scientific-theoretical approaches to the definition of essence, structure and conditions of formation of reflexive competence have been analysed, generalized and systematized in the dissertation. The structure of professional self-consciousness and features of reflexive activity of top managers have been determined. Types of problems and situations which occur in interpersonal interaction of top managers have been described. Social-psychological features of development of reflexive competence of top managers have been identified. On the basis of the research results a model of and a training program for development of reflexive competence of top managers have been proposed.
