Abstract
The article analyzes foreign and domestic programs and concepts aimed at raising the meaning of life values in secondary and high school students. Much attention is paid to health-preserving, holistic, moral, social programs, as well as professional self-determination and political education, which haveproved their integrative character and significance in all spheres of human activity. Provisions of UNICEF and the theory of positive development of youth are described. The differences and specificity of the existing programs, the main priorities and aspects of cultivating life-meaningful values in school-age children are determined.
