Abstract

In the article features are exposed the use of coaching as an instrument of social and psychological help to the client in the decision of problems, expansion of own possibilities, assistance to personality and professional development. Essence and basic going are presented near determination of concept "coaching". The features of classic coaching process, and also technologies of coaching and coaching approach are exposed in-process social teacher, consultant, practical psychologist. Importance of coaching approach is reasonable in-process social teacher, practical psychologist.
