Abstract
The author of the article brings out the peculiarities of careers education of secondary schools in England. The author also defines it’s forms and methods, educational-methodical ways of careers education that take place at educational establishments; shows the place and meaning of practical approach of careers education in English schools. The author of the arlicle also emphasizes the fact that the teachers of careers education play the main role in helping students to define their future profession; take care of the development of student’s abilities and talents; help students to become strong and independent, have dignity and belief in themselves; and be prepared to live in the siciety. The teachers of careers education help every student to bring out the best, use their potential in life and achieve the goals of life.
