Abstract

In the article the regulatory and legal framework of the policultural education in Ukraine is presented. In particular the relevant legislation at the international level, a number of laws, regulation and orders governing the activities of the legislative and executive institutions on regulatory issues of Ukrainian citizens’ social life was analyzed. The observance of their democratic rights and freedoms as well as members of national minorities’ rights and the reflection of the policultural education idea in legislation, laws, regulation and orders was described.
