Abstract
The current state of implementing the competence-based educational approach actualizes the activity of teachers in designing the competence oriented learning content in high school. They include determination (selection) of the components of the respective competencies which are considered as the components of educational content, followed by the distribution of components for the subjects (courses), themes (lessons) of the course with the further planning of educational interaction on mastering them (shown in the outlines for lessons). The optimal conditions for the abovementioned teachers' activities are ensured by the intraschool scientific and methodological work. In order to provide theoretical and methodological design of the competence oriented learning content in high school, an appropriate model was developed in the intraschool scientific and methodological work; it identified six structural components, namely purposeful, organizational, methodological, procedural, effective, evaluative-adjustment ones. The use of the designated model should provide the following results: the creation of optimal methodological conditions for the formation of the competencies of the high school students; development of intraschool scientific and technical work; improvement of the professional and methodological competence of teachers of the institution through a better mastery of the theory and methodology of competence-based educational approach. The prospects for the further research are related to the study on the defined features of the considered learning content taking into consideration the advanced display of the demands of society to the students’ competencies by means of the educational prognostication methods.
