Abstract
Introduction. There is a requirement in development of methodologies of evaluation of efficiency of management and efficiency of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management, that will be based on kvalymetryc principles, analytical soil of evaluation of process of efficiency, use of modern software, on-lain- instruments (online (social) tools), services. Purpose consists in illumination of in theory reasonable and experimentally tested factor-criterion model of efficiency of evaluation of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management on kvalymetryc principles, results of its implementation in administrative practice. Results. The article proves the necessity of complex evaluation of efficiency of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of management that is reasonable for the system «A management – a management mechanism – an organizational mechanism of management», essence of definitions, that determine the process of efficiency, results of educational activity, is exposed, «efficiency of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management» and criteria of its evaluation.The theoretically reasonable factor-criterion model of evaluation of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management is presented, that contains factors and parameters, characterizing the process of efficiency: 1) quality of the systematized maintenance of structural and operative information; 2) strategic and having a special purpose orientation of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management; 3) efficiency and rationality of organygramms of the informative providing of management; 4) sufficientness of technical technological facilities and formed ICT-competence of workers of school; 5) effectiveness of educational activity of students at school; criteria of evaluation of efficiency of process of the informative providing and their criterion indexes. Complex methodology of evaluation of efficiency of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management is exposed. Conclusion. It is offered to use the built factor-criterion model of evaluation of efficiency of the informative providing of organizational mechanism of school management that is envisage the criterion measuring of efficiency of school management after five mutual constrained factors, 11 by the experimentally tested criteria, each of that contains from 2 to 10 indexes inclusive.
