Abstract
The manual "The Notebook for monitoring and evaluating educational achievements for 3rd grade Hebrew students" for schools with the Ukrainian language of instruction was created on the basis of competent and personally oriented approaches to learning and evaluating the results of academic achievements of students. The main content of the textbook is competently oriented tasks of the Hebrew language, designed to check the level of formation of speech skills of 3rd grade students from all types of speech activities (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and language skills and level of learning of language knowledge of the Hebrew language based on the selected texts of various literary genres and styles. The scope of the tasks in the manual correlates with the indicative requirements for controlling and assessing the learning achievements of students from minority languages for non-native languages. This manual is built on the basis of personality and value needs, cognitive interests and age psychological and pedagogical characteristics of students of 3 classes. He will help not only to assess the results of learning, but also to adjust the control and evaluation activities of the student and teacher on the way to mastering the Hebrew language and the formation of subject competences. The introduction of this manual into school practice will allow, based on new approaches to the control and evaluation of student achievements and appropriate measurement methods, to determine the real educational outcomes.
