Abstract
The article describes the features of preschool art education in Ukraine and CIS countries. The article aims to distinguish and characterize General trends and distinctive features of preschool art education in those countries who are linked by common political and socio-economic past. Revealed that common features of preschool art education in Ukraine and CIS countries are: focus on education of spiritual and cultural personality with high levels of aesthetic perception and ability to Express themselves in different kinds of art understanding the importance of the objectives and content of preschool art education, motorne appear in obrazovatelnih standards and are implemented through educational programs on the basis of traditional CIS kindergartens. Among contemporary trends - the widening of the network of children's institutions of new type, which are attracted to the art of children of different segments of the population, more flexible in organization, content and methods of art education especially gifted and early childhood. Their number, name and types of institutions, as well as experience in Ukraine and other CIS countries is different. In conclusion, vivody made a recommendation about the most promising directions of development of preschool art education, applicable in stanovlenia of the Commonwealth.
