Abstract

The article raised the issue of the low level of prevention of deviant behavior of teenagers sentenced to sentences without deprivation of liberty. Obgruntuvannya the importance and benefits of conducting correctional work with juvenile offenders in the form of training. Attention is drawn to the statement education and prevention training programs at the legislative level, which is planned after a detailed study, legalization promoting programs. Presents practice-oriented program for adolescents with deviant behavior called «Life after rain». Clarify the purpose, structure, content, form, and General information on the essential requirements for successful preparation and implementation of the training. Prospects for further research. The article proves the effectiveness of training programs that teach teenagers to create an atmosphere of trust, openness, and privacy at classes; to think critically, to express one’s own position; to make responsible decisions; to show respect, honesty and tolerance to others; to make decisions about a healthy lifestyle; to be able to recognize unreasonable risk, false judgments; to resolve conflicts; to resist external pressure, harmful habits; to try to behave correctly in different life situations; to take a life positively.
