Abstract

This article summarizes the dominant position of acmeological approach in pedagogical education in Ukraine. The structure of acmeological teacher professionalism is grounded through combination of personality professionalism and professionalism of activity, which leads to real acme-professional individuality that is capable of self-development, self-realization, transcendent entering to a new level of activity. It is highlighted that the effectiveness of pedagogical education in Ukraine on a basis of acmeological approach is made possible under the condition of the relationship cooperation of formal, non-formal and informal education, which provide acmeprofessional individuality training with innovative thinking that can generate new knowledge, be a unique source of productive social activities. The priority vectors of pedagogical education development in Ukraine in dimension of acmeological approach have been outlined.
