Abstract
In today's globalized society the problem is actualized preparation of a new generation of teaching staff in the field of artistic education, humane, spiritually rich, highly qualified specialists, capable not only to use a considerable amount of information, but also to generate new knowledge, to be a unique source of creativity and productive social activity - representatives of the artistic and pedagogical elite of society.
