Abstract

The article deals with the problem of working with culturological texts in the process of teaching the Russian language in educational institutions of Ukraine. The characteristic of the culturological text is given, its role in formation of communicative competence is considered. The technique of working with culturological texts in the lessons of the Russian language is suggested.
