Abstract

The theoretical substantiation of the system of development of professional competence of the heads of  departments in communication companies and the experience of its implementation in professional training of the heads of sale service and customer service departments is presented in the monograph. The results of comparative analysis of foreign and domestic practice of professional competence development of this category of managers are presented. The principles, pedagogical conditions, methodical system, concept of development of professional competence of heads of sale service and customer service departments are substantiated. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the practice of using pedagogical technologies that ensure the effectiveness of the development of professional competence of managers.The monograph is addressed to scientific and pedagogical stuff, post graduate students, students of higher educational institutions in the specialty "Professional education", trainers, students of pedagogical faculties of postgraduate training.
