Abstract

The thesis describes the importance of introducing a new model of training, retraining and advanced training in vocational education institutions that will enable: proper professional development of the personality of future specialists with a developed sense of self-esteem, citizenship, tolerance; orientation of the content of education and training on social and professional self-determination and self-realization, as well as mastering a high level of professionalism; readiness for implementation of related activities, mastery of key and professional competencies, etc. In addition, the thesis describes the importance of radical changes in the training of future qualified specialists for professional activity at the level of national European standards.
